I AM STRONG.
I AM LEAN.
I CAN DO THIS.
I AM WORTH IT.
I AM BEAUTIFUL.
What time should I arrive for class?
If this is your first visit to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes prior for registration and share with us any needs or limitations you may have for the class. Existing clients should arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to class to sign in and get settled on your mat.
Do I need to sign up for class ahead of time?
To guarantee a space in class you must sign up in advance. We certainly try our best to accommodate walk-ins, but space is limited. You may register for class on the website or through MINDBODY.
Students booking in advanced will have priority when the class meets capacity.
What do I need to bring for class?
We provide all the equipment for barre class but do encourage students to bring their own yoga mats and water to each class. If you have your own light weights, ball and resistance bands you are encouraged to bring them!
COVID-19 Guidelines: Masks must be worn upon entering and exiting. Once settled into your barre station you may remove your mask.
What should I wear?
Any comfortable athletic clothing will be perfect for any class. Barre socks are a GREAT optional prop but not mandatory. No shoes allowed in the studio - please place all belongings (shoes included) in the cubbies provided.
What if I have an injury?
All our instructors have the knowledge to provide proper body alignment, modifications and/or variations for any limitations or injuries. Let your instructor know what you are working with prior to class and advice will be given. Remember this is your practice and always use pain as an indicator. You know what your body can perform, and we encourage a consistent yet safe practice. Should you experience any discomfort during your practice come to your resting pose or seek help.
The studio door will be locked once the instructor begins class to avoid class disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we strive for a respectful atmosphere for both instructors and students. Please remember to silence your electronic devices during class. If you need to leave class early for any reason, please excuse yourself in a quiet manner. Please also refrain from applying strong perfumes, scented oils or lotions prior to class as you never know if your neighbor may have allergies or sensitivity to a product.
