Barre Cardio is a fun 30 minute class to help you move you body and feel good without the pressure of "working out" Each class is low impact and perfect for everyBODY. With the sound of today's best hits and some amazing throwbacks we could never forget - you'll be sure to torch some serious calories while feeling GREAT! What to wear: Sneakers are highly recommended, light comfy clothing that you can move and breathe in! **PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU PLAN TO BRING SHOES FOT THIS CLASS - THEY MUST BE CLEAN SHOES. Meaning you DO NOT wear them to work, outside, etc. The studio floor is a clean space and we use it a lot! Help us by keeping it as clean as possible :)**
Barre is a 45 minute low impact ballet inspired class with movements to focus on arms, legs, glutes and core. This class is made for bodyweight only but you are more than welcome to bring your own weights (We don't recommend anything higher than 5 pounds) Each class will start with a great stretch and warm up and move into our ballet calorie burning workout. Classic Barre is for everyBODY as our instructors are certified to adjust and make modifications. What to wear: Leggings and or workout shorts, a tighter shirt (nothing too baggy), grippy socks HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (can purchase at the studio!) What to bring: Yoga Mat, grippy socks, light weights (1-3 lb.) OPTIONAL
Barre Stretch is a barre based class with more stretching and yoga inspired poses. This class is great if you're looking for a long stretch to wipe away the last week and prepare for the new week. What to wear: Leggings and or workout shorts, a tighter shirt (nothing too baggy), grippy socks HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (can purchase at the studio!) What to bring: Yoga Mat & grippy socks
